Craig Stocker is a Partner in the firm’s Houston office focusing his practice on litigating personal injury matters, namely the defense of maritime personal injury claims, as well as insurance coverage disputes. Craig has extensive experience defending liability claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA), Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCLSA), the Defense Base Act (DBA), the Jones Act, and General Maritime Law. Additionally, Craig handles an active docket of first and third party auto liability claims.
Craig received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 2007, and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2012 from University of Houston Law Center.
Craig is licensed to practice law in both Texas and North Dakota. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Craig is a member of the Houston Mariners’ Club, and has been selected numerous years to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star list which recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state of Texas.
