Mitch is an associate in the Firm’s Houston office.

Mitch attended Baylor University and graduated magna cum laude with a sociology major and religion minor.  During Mitch’s time at Baylor, he volunteered his time mentoring at-risk youth and providing occupational assistance for individuals recently released from prison.


Following Mitch’s time at Baylor, he attended law school at the University of Houston.  During his time at UH Law Center, Mitch received UH’s LEX Award for receiving the highest grade in his legal research and writing course.  Mitch also served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law.  During his time with the Journal, Mitch had the honor of being published for an article analyzing the need for changes in international space law to deal with the changes of modern warfare.  Mitch graduated cum laude from UH in 2017, and shortly thereafter began his work with SBSB Law.


Prior to Mitch’s educational and career endeavors, he served in the U.S. Army as a Communications Sergeant for the 65th Engineer Battalion in Schofield Barracks, HI.  During his years of service, Mitch served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mitch is an avid sports fan.  His teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Liverpool F.C., Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Stars.  Mitch also loves getting involved in the community.  Most recently, Mitch mentored new refugees in their transitions to the United States.
