Morgan Kelley is a litigation attorney in the New Orleans office practicing primarily in the areas of maritime law, general liability and insurance coverage. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October 2018.
Morgan graduated from Tulane University Law School with a certificate in Admiralty and Maritime Law. During law school, she worked for the United States Department of Justice Admiralty and Aviation Division in Washington, D.C., where she was involved in high profile, multi-million-dollar cases. She served as an editor on the preeminent Tulane Maritime Law Journal and won an award for Best Efforts by a Notes and Comments Editor. Morgan also participated in the Tulane Civil Litigation Clinic as a student attorney and focused heavily on civil rights matters in the Louisiana prison system.
Prior to law school, Morgan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with degrees in Psychology, Criminology, and Anthropology. During her time at the University of Florida, she won multiple national and regional awards in mock trial.
