Rachel Miller is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Houston office, focusing her practice on defending claims arising under the Defense Base Act (DBA), Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act (LHWCA), and the War Hazards Compensation Act (WHCA).
Mrs. Miller graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2017. While in law school, she was managing editor of the Currents: International Economic Law Journal. She also participated in mock trial tournaments across the country and was a finalist at the William W. Daniel National Invitational Mock Trial Competition in Atlanta, Georgia. As a member of the Student Bar Association, she was a Senior Senator and chaired food drives, class gift fundraisers, and galas. She became a certified mediator in 2016.
Mrs. Miller graduated cum laude with honors from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
She is admitted to practice in Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
